This may include your name, email address, phone number, order details, pickup or delivery selection, and delivery address when delivery is requested.
Payment information
Card payments are processed through Square's secure payment experience. Mega Deals Fiesta does not ask customers to send card numbers by email.
How information is used
We use order and contact information to process purchases, arrange pickup or delivery, provide customer support, prevent fraud or duplicate orders, maintain required business records, and improve store operations.
Communications
Marketing messages, email newsletters, SMS messages, and WhatsApp broadcasts will be sent only after the customer has opted in. Customers may opt out of promotional messages at any time using the instructions provided in the message or by contacting megadealsfiesta@gmail.com.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including HTTPS and server-side payment processing. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.
