Acceptance of terms
By placing an order with Mega Deals Fiesta in store or online, you agree to these Terms of Sale as written on this page at the time of your purchase.
Accurate customer information
You agree to provide an accurate name, email address, phone number, and — for Friday local delivery — a complete delivery address. We use this information to confirm your order, verify pickup, and contact you about fulfillment.
Product listings and pricing
Listings show the item name, condition, price, and fulfillment options available at that moment. Prices, availability, and condition information can change as our inventory changes.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product listing, item condition, pickup or delivery option, fees, and order total before payment.
One-of-one availability
One-of-one inventory is offered while available. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. An online item is reserved only after payment is successfully confirmed by Mega Deals Fiesta's payment system.
Order acceptance
Mega Deals Fiesta may cancel or decline an order when an item is no longer available, a price or listing error occurred, payment could not be confirmed, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible. If payment was captured for an order we cancel, we will work to refund the original payment method.
Square payment processing
Online payments are completed on Square's secure hosted checkout. Card details are never entered on or stored by this website, and payment confirmation comes from Square through our store system.
Final sale policy
All merchandise is final sale as described in the Returns & Final Sale Policy.
Pickup and delivery responsibilities
Pickup orders are released at Suite D, 12344 Gulf Fwy, Houston, TX 77034 after staff verify the barcode, order, and customer identity. Friday local-delivery orders require an accurate address, access instructions, and working contact information.
Customers should inspect items at pickup or on delivery whenever reasonably possible. See the Store Pickup Policy and Friday Local Delivery Policy for details.
Limitation of availability
Online ordering, pickup scheduling, and Friday local delivery are offered within our current service area and operating capacity, and may be paused, limited, or changed. Bin merchandise is sold in store only.
Nothing on this page is intended to override rights you have under applicable law.
